A Princess Dream, A Birthday Girl's Reality

The sweetest dream of every little girl - to be a princess. The dream became a reality for a little girl who turned 5 on the 5th of June. The love that Kelly's parents had for her was really really clearly shown through the effort they put in to give Kelly the most wonderful Princess party she could have. That made us want to make the experience perfect for Kelly as well.

Everything was pink and perfectly Princessy for the girl who loved all the Disney princesses. Everything from the invitations, to entrance and decoration of the (ball)room, to cutlery and decoration of Royal Table, the personalized banner for Kelly's birthday backdrop, the souvenir for Kelly to bring back as a memento of the day, as well as the cake and the door gifts for the adults and children.

Pink and White balloons formed the archway under which guests entered. Similar balloons formed lovely clusters around the room and two columns marked the "stage" area for the day.

The backdrop of the stage area was completely by the personalized birthday banner designed by us.

What's a princess ball without the royal table prepared for the guests? For the royal table, we got kid-sized furniture for comfort of the the little princesses and princes. The plates, cups, napkins and cutlery were all Disney Princesses merchandise. A finishing touch to complete the Princess theme.

The host for the day was Snow White, she conducted an interactive story telling session as well as played interactive games with the princesses and princes who came that day. Here's Snow White with the pretty birthday Princess.

Besides the games and story telling, the princesses and princes got the opportunity to have their caricature drawn, and their face and hand painted by our very own Twinkle Artist. A very nice souvenir to bring home, besides the personalized goodie bags prepared by the parents of the birthday Princess.

Mr Bottle also premiered our lovely addition to any buffet spread, flower shaped candy floss! Available in many colours, it was a big hit with many of the kids as well as the adults! This creation is a Mr Bottle original.

Lastly, our birthday Princess got to bring home more than just her presents. Mr Bottle also gave her a meaningful and fun guest"book" as a memento of the day. This simple handprinting activity gave all the kids an opportunity to leave their mark, an "I was here", for the birthday Princess to remember the good times with her friends.

Once again, Happy Birthday to our dear birthday Princess Kelly. We hope that this post has given you some inspiration for the next princess party you want to throw for your princess. Also, hop on by to our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/mrbottleskidsparty, for more party inspirations.

Also, feel free to email us at info@kidsparty.com.sg, or call us at 6515 5921 for enquiries on how we can throw this sort of parties for your princesses or princes.

Robot Making Workshop

This is a great activities for family and kids:
Objective: To creatively turn recycled materials into useful items/art piece
Materials Needed: Old Chopsticks, Rough Paper, Egg cartons,Scissors, White glue, Plastic grocery bag, old Cardboard boxes, and anything that you can collect to recycle.

Start the activity by asking the kids to collect items that the family are about to throw away. Collect items that you and the kids think will be useful in making robots. Use phrases like "Does this look like a robot's hand? What can we do with this box?" You can suggest ideas like, "perhaps you can use this box to be the secret compartment where your robot hides his special suction gun."
Once you have enough of the items, try to piece them together using glue! Encourage your child to be creative. Paint the robot to the colour that you want! That's it!
Personally, it's the process of collecting the items that is fun and meaningful for the kids. Enjoy!

Compliments for Mr Bottle, N2 and Twinkle!

Many thanks for making Charisse's birthday parties this year entertaining and memorable for us and for our guests. We've had you and your team join us at Charisse's parties the last 3 years and you have never failed to deliver in respect of providing excellent and unforgettable entertainment to us all.

This year, we are particularly thrilled to have you (aka Mr. Bottle) wow us (adults and kids alike) with the close-up magic, with such spontaneity and humour. I have received countless praises and compliments about Mr. Bottle!

The kids are also absolutely amazed and delighted by the fabulous and impressive balloon creations by the balloon artiste (some of the creations are just out of this world!), and the beautiful works of art by the face painter and caricaturist. You certainly have a great team!

Some points which you may wish to consider are: For the works of the face painter, you may want to consider having polaroid photos taken of the kids and given to them after they have had their faces painted. (Mr Bottle's: Good idea! Perhaps we will start with digital photos and we will email to clients. If the response is good, we can definitely do the add on!)

For the works of the caricaturist, the drawings can be a bit smaller and perhaps put in a simple frame. (Mr Bottle's: Good idea too! I think we will think about looking into finding paper frames! Anyone has any sources?)

In any event, these do not take away anything from the great entertainment that the Mr. Bottle team has brought to the parties. Once again, a big thank you for making the parties this year a success - the Mr. Bottle team has certainly been integral! Charisse would also like to say: "Thank you Uncle Bottle for coming to my parties!" So, we'll see you next year then?

Charisse certainly can't wait to have you all at her party/parties next year...

Kind regards,Celeste.

Compliments for Mr Bottle, N2 and Twinkle

Anyway, I wasn't at the venue for the entire event but during my moments there while you were doing your show, I can say it's very very good indeed. Very entertaining and you even see all the kids engrossed with the show and parents with smiles and laughter all around. Keep up the work and continue to improve.

Also a big thank you for the facepainter who stayed longer than she was required to and N2(Balloon Sculptor) for ensuring all the kids enjoyed themselves and stopped bothering their parents for quite a period.

So all in all, it was a great success and my client left on that day a satisfied client.

Thank you very much. :-)

Compliments for Twinkle Artists

I am writing on behalf of my team to thank you and your team for the amazing face-painting last weekend. The face-painters managed to do full face-painting quite fast and it was really popular among the little ones. It was a pleasure working with you and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Compliments for N2 and Twinkle

The kids and adults certainly enjoyed the face painting and balloon sculpturing. The birthday girl was the first to get her face and arm painted and she was very happy with the results. Her sister, who normally wouldn't sit still for anything, also enjoyed the face painting.

We are very happy with the services rendered and would have no hesitation to call you guys back for another kid's party.

Thanks for making Sofi's party THE party to be at last Sunday.

Hand Painting for Kids!

Twinkle: At Hazel's party, I had lots of kids asking for all kinds hand painting of characters, barney, princess, Thomas the Train! I wish I can show you more photos but the requests are too overwhelming and they kept my hands busy throughout the party! Some even thought that the drawings are stick-on tattoos. (No, they are not!)
